- F1Each restricted stock unit was the economic equivalent of one share of BOH common stock. The reporting person settled the restricted stock unit for cash
- F2Reporting person disclaims personal ownership of these shares.
- F3The reporting person is a co-trustee of her mother's revocable living trust, and is a contingent remainder man with respect to the amounts held, but disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held in this capacity.
