- F1Shares are currently held by The Wo Dynasty Trust, of which the reporting person is co-trustee with an unrelated trustee institution. Reporting person is one of five beneficiaries of The Wo Dynasty Trust and disclaims ownership of the shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest. Shares were previously held by, and transferred on June 8, 2026 from, the Betty Ching Wo Trust, of which the reporting person was a co-trustee since December 2017 and one of five beneficiaries. These shares were inadvertently omitted from prior filings.
- F2Shares are currently held by The Wo Dynasty Trust, of which the reporting person is co-trustee with an unrelated trustee institution. Reporting person is one of five beneficiaries of The Wo Dynasty Trust and disclaims ownership of the shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest. Shares were previously held by, and transferred on June 8, 2026 from, a GST Exempt Marital Trust, of which the reporting person was a co-trustee since August 2019 and one of five beneficiaries. These shares were inadvertently omitted from prior filings.
