- F1Grant of restricted shares pursuant to the Company's Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy under the 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan. These restricted shares vest one-third each on April 30, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
- F2Juniper Public Fund, L.P. is the beneficial owner of these securities and Juniper HF Investors II, LLC is the general partner of Juniper Public Fund.
