Explanation of responses
- F1Shares of restricted common stock were issued under the Real Industry, Inc. Amended and Restated 2015 Equity Award Plan. Such shares will vest in three equal installments on each of March 17, 2017, March 16, 2018 and March 15, 2019.
- F2Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock.
