- F1These Ford Stock Units were credited to my account by the Company under the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors during my service as a non-employee director. As shown, these Ford Stock Units were converted and distributed to me in cash, without payment by me, on January 10, 2018, using the crediting price of $12.57, which was the fair market value of a share of Common stock on December 29, 2017. The remaining balance will be converted and distributed to me, without payment, in cash, on January 10, 2019, based upon the fair market value of a share of Common Stock at December 31, 2018.
