Explanation of responses
- F1These Ford Stock Units result from dividend equivalents credited to my account by the Company, without payment by me, under the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan for Non-Employee Directors during my service as a non-employee director. These Ford Stock Units will be converted and distributed to me, without payment, in cash, to the extent of 50% of the balance on January 10, 2018 and the remaining balance on January 10, 2019, based upon the then current market value of a share of Common Stock.
