- F1The option set forth in this table vests as follows: (1) 170,000 of shares underlying the option vest in equal quarterly installments over the period commencing on April 26, 2015 and ending on January 26, 2019, and (2) subject to satisfaction of the applicable performance goal by December 31, 2015 (the "Goal"), 100,000 of shares underlying the option will vest in equal quarterly installments commencing on the date of satisfaction of the Goal and ending on January 26, 2019; provided in each such case, that the reporting person is continuously employed by the Company as of each applicable vesting date.
