Explanation of responses
- F1As executor of his mother's estate, Mr. Kelley inadvertently reported, on a Form 4 filed June 30, 2017, the acquisition of 13,503 shares as trustee of the Winifred M. Kelley Trust. The appointment of Mr. Kelly as the executor of the estate did not result in Mr. Kelley's acquisition of beneficial ownership of the securities held by the estate, and the filed report was inaccurate in stating otherwise. This amended Form 4 is being filed to remove this transaction. As of June 30, 2017, Mr. Kelley held 259,490 shares of common stock directly and Mr. Kelly's spouse held 2,250 shares of common stock.
