- F1Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Common Stock"), of CTI Group (Holdings) Inc. (the "Issuer") or, at the Issuer's election, cash or a combination of Common Stock and cash representing the value of such restricted stock unit. On May 14, 2015, all of the reporting person's restricted stock units which vested on April 1, 2015 were settled in Common Stock.
