- F1This reflects the vesting of certain performance based restricted stock units, originally granted on April 16, 2014, with respect to 1/3 of the original award based on performance during the 2015 performance period. 1,915 of these shares were previously reported on a Form 4 filed on April 22, 2014, and are reported again due to the vesting of those shares, plus an additional 364 previously unreported shares on March 3, 2016.
