- F1The options vest as follows: (i) 25% of the options will vest if the price of the Company's common stock during a consecutive 20-trading period exceeds $60.00; (ii) 25% of the options will vest if such price exceeds $75.00; (iii) 25% of the options will vest if such price exceeds $90.00; and (iv) 25% of the options will vest if such price exceeds $105.00.
- F2Represents the forfeiture of stock options granted under the Stock Incentive Plan of 2015 to the reporting person on December 31, 2016. On September 3, 2018, the reporting person forfeited 187,500 options.
