- F1On April 30, 2013, Dominion Strategic Resource Partners ("DSRP") purchased 1,000 shares of Common Stock. Dominion Financial Group, Inc. ("DFG") is the managing general partner of DSRP. Mr. Krusen is the President of DFG and has investment authority over shares held by DFG pursuant to a Consulting Agreement between Mr. Krusen and DFG.
