Explanation of responses
- F1On February 20, 2015, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that contained an erroneous line item reporting the acquisition of 3,631 restricted stock units on February 18, 2014 that did not in fact occur. On the same Form 4, the reporting person also reported the acquisition of 6,533 restricted stock units, which is correct and did occur. As a result, as of February 18, 2015, the reporting person's total ownership of Company securities was only 13,597.
