- F1On May 29, 2018, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that, following the vesting of a portion of his RSUs, he exercised a tax withholding right. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person directly paid the tax obligation and no shares were withheld.
