Explanation of responses
- F1On June 28, 2005, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 18,500 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $18.00. The option vests in five equal installments based on the achievement of certain annual performance benchmarks. The performance criteria for 2005 and 2006 were met, resulting in vesting of the option as to 7,400 shares, which number was adjusted to reflect the stock dividends that were issued on October 10, 2009, January 10, 2010, April 9, 2010 and July 9, 2010
