- F2On May 16, 2006 the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 4,000 shares of common stock at an exercisable price of $20.76. The option vests in five equal installments based on the achievement of certain annual performance benchmarks. The performance criteria for 2010 were met, resulting in the vesting of 823 shares.
