Explanation of responses
- F1On April 13, 2015, the Reporting Person was granted an award of 3,971 shares of Common Stock (the "Shares"), subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2009 Equity Compensation Plan. The Shares were fully vested upon grant. The award was approved by the Issuer's Compensation Committee in lieu of certain cash reimbursements to which she was entitled under the terms of her employment agreement.
