- F1Options to acquire 400,000 shares vested on 6/2/17; options to acquire 400,000 shares will vest on 6/2/18, and the remaining options to acquire 400,000 shares will vest on 6/2/19, in both cases if the conditions to vesting exist on such dates. The exercise price of the options was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on May 9, 2017 in connection with the Board's approval of the reporting person's Employment Agreement, and, pursuant to the Employment Agreement, was calculated as the greater of $0.30 or the 20 day moving average price per share of the Company's common stock as of May 9, 2017, resulting in a $0.30 exercise price.
