Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with Mr. Christopher Haymons recent appointment to the Board of Directors of the Issuer, Mr. Haymons was granted options to acquire 100,000 shares of common stock under the Issuer's 2016 Stock Incentive Plan on June 2, 2017. The stock options vest as follows: (i) 50,000 on 6/2/17; and (ii) 50,000 on 6/2/18. All of the stock options are exercisable at an exercise price of $0.29 per share, which was the closing price of the Company's common stock on May 10, 2017, the date on which the Company's Board of Directors authorized the terms of this award to Mr. Haymons.
