- F1Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of KLA-Tencor common stock.
- F2On August 3, 2017, the Reporting Person was granted an RSU for 5,003 shares of KLA-Tencor Common Stock. On August 3, 2018, 25% of those shares vested.
