- F1These share include the following RSUs granted under the Company's equity plans: 2,398 RSUs which vest in two equal installments of 1,199 on 2/7/2020 and 2/7/2021, respectively; 1,968 RSUs which vest in two installments of 649 on each of 5/1/2019 and 5/1/2020 and one installment of 670 on 5/1/2021; and 2,028 RSUs which vest in three installments of 669 on 4/27/2020, 669 on 4/27/2021 and 690 on 4/27/2022. Vested RSUs will be paid in shares of the Company's common stock on a one-to-one basis.
- F2These shares include 272 Dividend Equivalents (DEs) granted pursuant to the Amgen Inc. 2009 Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan and subject to a qualifying dividend reinvestment plan.
