Explanation of responses
- F1Represents shares of restricted common stock issued to Mr. Boeing pursuant to the EXCO Resources, Inc. Amended and Restated 2005 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended (the "Plan"), and the Restricted Stock Award Agreement dated as of July 1, 2015 between the Company and Mr. Boeing (the "Agreement"). One third of these shares of restricted common stock vest annually beginning on July 1, 2016. These shares of restricted stock are subject to forfeiture, accelerated vesting and other restrictions as more fully set forth in the Plan and the Agreement .
