Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the death of one of its members, on December 19, 2018, Levan Partners, LLC, a shareholder of the issuer, made a distribution of 650,366 shares of the issuer's Class A Common Stock to the trust of such deceased member (representing her pro rata interest in the shares of the issuer's Class A Common Stock owned by Levan Partners, LLC) for further distribution to the decedent's beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of the trust. On December 20, 2018, the shares were distributed by the trust, which included a distribution of 162,591 shares to the reporting person and his spouse. On December 21, 2018, the reporting person and his spouse gifted all the shares received by them from the trust to a private family foundation.
