- F1Each stock unit is the economic equivalent of one (1) share of Hardinge Inc. common stock. Stock units become payable in common stock upon the reporting person's separation from service as a director. Each stock unit held by the reporting person was converted to one (1) share of Hardinge Inc. common stock pursuant to a certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of February 12, 2018, by and among Hardinge Holdings, LLC, Hardinge Merger Sub, Inc., and Hardinge Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Merger Agreement").
