Explanation of responses
- F1On the date indicated, Danaher Corporation granted the reporting person restricted stock units (RSUs) in the amount indicated in connection with the Issuer's Long-Term Growth Program, as previously reported in the Issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 3, 2026. Since the RSUs are payable solely in common stock, they are being reported in Table I of this Form 4. One hundred percent of the RSUs vest on the 12-month anniversary of the grant date, which is August 4, 2026.
