Explanation of responses
- F1These restricted stock units, which convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis, were previously reported by Mr. Janitz and, except as otherwise provided in the award agreement, vest one third on each of 1/1/15, 1/1/16 and 1/1/17, subject to continuous service as a member of the board of directors.
