- F1Reflects the amendment of an outstanding option solely to toll the expiration date from May 21, 2015 to a date that is 30 days after the shares underlying such option become registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form S-8 Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. For reporting purposes, as required by SEC rules, on this Form 4, the amendment is reported as a deemed cancellation of the original option with the May 21, 2015 expiration date and the grant of a replacement option with the new expiration date. The option was originally granted on May 21, 2010 and vested periodically over a period of three years.
