- F1On January 17, 2019, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which reported that, following his exercise of an option, 5,282 shares of the underlying stock were sold pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on November 16, 2018 ("the Plan"). The correct number of shares directed to be sold by the Plan was 4,666.
