Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted stock units granted pursuant to the 2015 Comerica Incorporated Incentive Plan for Non-Employee Directors. Each restricted stock unit represents an unfunded, unsecured right to receive one share of Comerica common stock. The restricted stock units vest 50% on the first anniversary of the date of grant, 25% on the second anniversary of the date of grant and 25% on the third anniversary of the date of grant. Vested awards generally settle one year from the date the director leaves the Board.
