Explanation of responses
- F1The Committee granted Mr. West 39,380 shares of restricted common stock under Delta's 2017 long-term incentive program. The shares will vest pursuant to the terms of the award agreement. The number of shares was incorrectly reported in the original Form 4 as 35,130. As a result, in that Form 4 and a subsequent Form 4 filed on February 16, 2017, the number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transactions was incorrect. The correct amount beneficially owned at February 16, 2017 was 115,363.
