Explanation of responses
- F1On April 24, 2017, the Company and Mr. Trombino entered into Amendment #1 (the "Amendment Agreement") to the Contracted Agreement dated September 30, 2016. Pursuant to the Amendment Agreement, Mr. Trombino would continue to serve as the Company's CFO and the Company shall pay him additional fees upon achieving certain goals. On April 27, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company has determined that the objectives under the Contactor Agreement, as amended, have been attained and resolved to issue to Mr. Trombino 70,000 shares of Common Stock of the Company.
