- F1On May 6, 2015, the Pier 1 Imports, Inc. Stock Purchase Plan, restated as amended, purchased in a transaction exempt under rule 16b-3(c), 21.5481 shares of common stock for the reporting person's account. Such shares are with respect to a $0.07 per common share dividend paid by the Issuer on May 6, 2015 (the dividend payment date) on shares held in the reporting person's account as of April 22, 2015 (the record date for the dividend). The dividend paid was reinvested at the closing price of the Issuer's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange on May 6, 2015.
