Explanation of responses
- F1On January 3, 2017 the Reporting Person mistakenly filed a Form 4 that contained one transaction that did not occur and one transaction with an incorrect amount. The transaction that did not occur was a disposition, coded "F," of 47,950 shares of Class A Common Stock. The transaction that was incorrect was a dispositon, coded "F," of 3,496 shares of Class A Common Stock, which should have been 2,509 shares of Class A Common Stock. As of December 31, 2016, the Reporting Person's direct holdings were 143,318 shares of Class A Common Stock, as reflected above.
