Explanation of responses
- F1Weighted average price at which shares were purchased in multiple same-day transactions at prices ranging from $46.08 to $46.10. The reporting person undertakes to provide, upon request of the Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.
- F2On January 28, 2016, 1,080 Restricted Share Units, which represent the right to receive one share of Crane Co. Common Stock, previously reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person, vested due to the passage of time, and 366 shares were withheld to pay taxes on the resulting gain, resulting in a net issuance of 714 shares of Crane Co. Common Stock.
- F3Between April 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015, the reporting person acquired an aggregate of 47 shares of Common Stock at prevailing market prices through the issuer's 401(K) Plan.
