Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the acquisition of MillerCoors LLC (MillerCoors) by Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC), the performance stock units granted to the reporting person in 2016 under the MillerCoors incentive plan (MillerCoors PSUs) converted into performance stock units under MCBC's incentive compensation plan (MCBC PSUs), with identical performance criteria and vesting terms. The performance criteria were satisfied, and the MCBC PSUs converted into MCBC restricted stock units (RSUs) on March 7, 2017. The RSUs will vest in full on January 1, 2019.
