Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person acquired restricted stock units (RSUs) under the Company's Non-qualified Deferred Compensation Plan with money contributed to the plan by the Company. Each RSU is the economic equivalent of one share of common stock. The RSUs are convertible into common stock of the Company on a one-for-one basis upon distribution from the Plan upon termination of service as an employee. The decision to acquire RSUs is irrevocable.
