- F1Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of CSI Common Stock.
- F2The Restricted Stock Units vest on the earlier of the first anniversary date of grant or the 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders as long as the director continues to be of service to the Board prior to the vesting date.
