Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects the transfer of 400 shares into a trust on January 10, 2017. The transfer of shares to the trust effected only a change in form of beneficial ownership without changing Mr. Hickey's pecuniary interest in such shares and is, therefore, being voluntarily reported herein.
- F2On October 23, 2017, the reporting person was granted an award of restricted stock units, vesting in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
