- F1Represents a grant of restricted stock units (RSUs) under the 2017 Incentive Compensation Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Stock. The RSUs vest in 20% equal annual installments on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as a director of the Issuer through such date.
