On September 12, 2016 restrictions were released on 135,074 shares of Restricted Share Awards (granted on September 10, 2013). As required by the 1995 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 58,653 shares of Voting Common Stock (no par value) were withheld for tax withholding purposes.
