Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects the withholding of (i) 1,299 shares of common stock to pay the tax liability incident to the settlement on February 26, 2018 of performance units granted under the ITT 2011 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan") as a result of the satisfaction of the performance criteria underlying the award, (ii) 4,284 shares of common stock to pay the tax liability incident to the vesting on February 25, 2018 of restricted stock units granted under the Plan pursuant to a special performance award on February 25, 2015 and (iii) 872 shares of common stock to pay the tax liability incident to the vesting on February 25, 2018 of restricted stock units granted pursuant to an annual grant under the Plan on February 25, 2015.
