Explanation of responses
- F1On September 10, 2026, the Reporting Person was granted 7,824 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") under the EagleRock Land, LLC Long Term Incentive Plan. Each RSU is a contingent right to receive one Class A share upon settlement. The RSUs vest in full on October 9, 2027, subject to continued Board service through that date and any deferred settlement elections made by the Reporting Person, in which case settlement will occur in accordance with the Reporting Person's elected deferral schedule.
