- F1On September 10, 2026, the Reporting Person was granted 27,473 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") under the EagleRock Land, LLC Long Term Incentive Plan. Each RSU is a contingent right to receive one Class A share upon settlement. The RSUs vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
