Explanation of responses
- F1This statement is being filed by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS Group") and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. ("Goldman Sachs" and, together with GS Group, the "Reporting Persons"). Goldman Sachs is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GS Group. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein. On June 15, 2026, the Reporting Persons experienced an increase in their beneficial ownership of Aperture AC (the "Issuer") to above 10% of the outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares").
- F2These transactions in the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer were effected by Goldman Sachs acting as a market maker in the ordinary course of business.
- F3The Ordinary Shares of the Issuer reported herein as indirectly owned was beneficially owned directly by Goldman Sachs and indirectly by GS Group.
