- F1Pursuant to the Issuer's Fifth Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, in connection with the completion of the Issuer's initial public offering of its Class A Common Stock, each share of Series Seed-1 Preferred Stock, Series A Preferred Stock, and Series A-2 Preferred Stock was automatically converted into shares of Class A Common Stock at a ratio of 1-for-1.
