Explanation of responses
- F1Represents deferred restricted stock units ("DRSUs"). Each DRSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock. The DRSUs will vest in full on the earlier of June 26, 2027, or the Company's 2027 annual meeting of shareholders. Settlement of the DRSUs has been deferred until the Reporting Person's separation from service or the earliest to occur of (i) a change in control, (ii) the Reporting Person's death, or (iii) the Reporting Person's disability.
