- F1This Form 3 is filed pursuant to Section 30(h) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act"). Skyler Weinand serves as the Managing Member of Regan Capital, LLC (the "Adviser"), the investment adviser to Regan Capital Alternative Income Fund (the "Fund"). The securities reported herein are held directly by the Adviser and were acquired as the initial seed investment in the Fund in order to comply with Section 14(a) of the 1940 Act. Mr. Weinand may be deemed to beneficially own the securities directly held by the Advisor by virtue of his control over the Adviser. Mr. Weinand disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Adviser except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, if any, and this Form 3 shall not be deemed an admission that Mr. Weinand is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or otherwise.
