Explanation of responses
- F1The amended Form 4 is being filed to disclose the acquisition price of the Common Stock. The shares were acquired by exercising Non-Qualified Stock Options, and the acquisition price is the exercise price of the Non-Qualified Stock Option. The original Form 4 inadvertently disclosed that the shares were acquired at a price of $0; however, the exercise price of the Non-Qualified Stock Option was properly stated in Table II as $67.12.
