- F2The Deferred Stock Units vest in four equal quarterly installments over a 12 month period beginning February 10, 2017. Vested shares will be delivered to the reporting person on the earlier of three years from the grant date, termination/retirement date, or a change of control.
- F3Includes deferred stock units that were adjusted pursuant to the Employee Matters Agreement between Varian Medical Systems, Inc.
