Explanation of responses
- F1Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to Hadron Energy, Inc. (the "Company"), twenty-five percent of the Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") shall vest on November 15, 2027, and the remaining seventy five percent of the RSU will vest in twelve equal quarterly installments on February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15, such that the grant will be fully vested on November 15, 2030.
